Outside the Russian Federation, "flew" half of the shares of the air hub. The reaction of the authorities of the Don region to this deal is still unknown.
The well-known companies Sigma Finance, Don Tobacco, and Primary Don, they are now under the control of businessman Ivan Savvidi, cleverly figured out for three. So, they sold the shares of the Rostov-on-Don Airport to those three companies that were registered long ago in the offshore zone, namely in Cyprus. All this means that another serious shareholder of this aerodrome, the regional government, which owns 38% of the shares, now needs to solve a difficult task only in order to gain control over the airport again. It will be necessary to convince the Cypriots in the current need for the sale of shares. Most likely, this will have to be done in order to fulfill all the agreements with investors of the southern future of the hub - Renova Company, it belongs to another entrepreneur - Mr. Viktor Vekselberg.
Note that an offshore company is used to optimize all tax payments, to ensure the security of its own assets. Thus, it is through the offshore business that owners can obtain a residence permit even in some individual countries. Experts say that the registration of foreign companies has never been as profitable as it is now.
