Salads from crab sticks. Recipes for every day
A delicious little thing a few years ago appearedon the shelves of our grocery stores - crab sticks called. Of course, if you are not too lazy to read the compositions on the products, then you probably know that the crabs did not run by there. Fish sticks are made, and the crab taste is the flavor effect. Despite this, they are very fond of buyers, and today, perhaps, in every house at least something with their addition is being prepared. As a rule, these are salads from crab sticks. Recipes them every year are becoming more popular.
In stores you can also find a similara product called "crab meat". In fact, this is the same thing, and crabs in this case also did not suffer. Outwardly it differs only in form, but to taste even better than sticks. If the recipe allows, you can replace the sticks with crab meat.
Crab sticks salads, the recipes of which will be presented here, are delicious and simple enough to prepare.
The first option is a salad with tomatoes. To cook it, take half a kilo of medium-sized cabbage, a few medium tomatoes (determine the amount yourself, by whether you want them in the salad was a lot, or not), a little olives, green onions, mayonnaise, and, of course, crab sticks.
Sticks three on a large grater - this means thatfor this recipe fit both sticks and crab meat. Tomatoes we cut into cubes in a separate plate. Finely chop the green onions, also in a separate plate. By the way, it can be replaced with parsley, it's up to you. Cabbage chop very thinly.
Now let's start the salad dressing. Mix cabbage with mayonnaise and lay it on the bottom of the salad bowl. Crab sticks are mixed with tomatoes and mayonnaise and put on top. Sprinkle with green onions or parsley and cut into halves with olives. Salad ready. Such a recipe, as you already noticed, is easy to prepare, while it looks very beautiful, a sort of salad cake. Salad with crab sticks with rice is not sobeautiful, but he will remember you with his awesome taste. It is prepared quickly, stored for a long time, if, of course, you prepare a lot, because in small quantities it is not stored at all - is eaten on the first day.
To make such a salad, cook about1.5 cups of rice and about 6 eggs. In addition, you will need half a small bulb, a corn can, a pack of crab sticks and mayonnaise. Cut eggs and sticks into cubes. When the cooked rice cools down a little, add corn, chopped crab sticks and eggs to it. We fill the salad with mayonnaise. Cut the onion very finely, or pass it through garlic. With the addition of onions, you need to be careful. It is worth shifting - the taste will be spoiled. Therefore, chopped onions add 1 teaspoon, then mix very well and try. Then, if necessary, add more onions.
You will get a very delicious salad, besidessimple, like all salads of crab sticks. Recipes, as you can see, are simple, but this one is very fast, it will take only cooking eggs and rice, the rest - 15 minutes. Onions, added in small amounts, will improve the taste of the salad.
You can also cook a puff crab salad. To do this you will need:
- 1 packet of crab meat or sticks;
- 5 medium-sized potatoes;
- 5 eggs;
- 4 medium carrots;
Potatoes and carrots will be washed, and together with eggsput in a pot of water. Pour a couple of pinch of salt and cook each product until done. When everything is cool, clean the carrots, eggs and potatoes. Vegetables rubbed on a coarse grater, the protein - on a fine, and yolks knead to the state of crumbs. Crab sticks finely chopped.
Next, we spread all layers, and top with mayonnaise. You can also mix each product separately with mayonnaise, and then spread layers, except yolk.
The order is as follows:
