  • olive oil - 100 grams;
  • onions average - 2 pieces;
  • ground beef - 300 grams;
  • beef broth - 300 ml;
  • undercooked rice - ½ cup;
  • ketchup - ¼ cup;
  • fresh tomato juice - 1 cup;
  • spices - basil, parsley, ground pepper.

Cooking method

The washed pepper is taken, preferably colored (for the beauty of the finished dish). The top is cut and the pepper is cleared of seeds. The tip is not thrown away - it then covers the stuffed pepper.Undercooked rice, shredded onions, spices, salt and pepper are added to the mince. Olive oil is poured into the preheated pan and shredded onion is put in, which is fried until light golden brown. Add broth, tomato juice, ¼ cup ketchup, and salt. Boiled sauce is poured on peppers. The sauce is prepared in vegetable broth.

How to cook?

Peppers in this recipe will be stuffed with mushrooms, rice and carrots. The rice is taken long grain. It should be rinsed with water and pour boiling water. While there will be a preparation of the filling, the rice will reach half-ready. Olive oil is poured into a pre-heated pan, chopped onions and carrots are added, and then diced champignons. All should be mixed and put out for 5-7 minutes. Uncooked rice, salt and pepper are added to the slightly cooled filling.
